Mabry Griffin, LMSW

Mabry Griffin is a master’s level clinician who specializes in the treatment of personality disorders, emotion dysregulation, self-harm, anxiety, and chronic suicidality. She is particularly passionate about working with adolescents and individuals with borderline personality disorder (BPD) and has experience providing evidence-based treatment to adolescents and young adults in individual and group settings. She has also worked in a variety of settings including residential, IOP, and outpatient care. Her clinical training has involved the completion of the Dialectical Behavior Training Program at Columbia and intensive training with Behavioral Tech, as well as additional trainings in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

Mabry completed her Master of Social Work degree with a focus on Advanced Clinical Practice at Columbia University, and she is licensed in both New Jersey and New York. Emphasizing the belief that clients are the experts on their own life experiences, Mabry integrates humor and compassion into her therapeutic work to foster meaningful change and growth.

Outside of work, Mabry can be found knitting, throwing pottery, reading, and enjoying time with her partner and two cats.
