Individualized Intensive Programming

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) that rely primarily on group-based treatment and broad, general interventions. While these programs can be helpful, treatment is often standardized, meaning clients may be working alongside peers with very different goals, diagnoses, and levels of need.

Our approach is different.

At Evidence-Based Treatment Collaborative, intensive treatment is highly individualized. Across all of our specialized programs, including DBT, ERP, and Eating Disorder treatment, care is built around the unique needs of each client and their family. Treatment plans are personalized, targeted, and designed to maximize meaningful progress in the shortest clinically appropriate time.

Clients who participate in our intensive services are often experiencing significant distress related to OCD, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, or related concerns. Many have paused work, school, or other responsibilities to focus fully on recovery, with the goal of returning to daily life as soon as symptoms are more manageable.

Our individualized model allows us to:

  • Target the specific behaviors and symptoms maintaining distress

  • Adapt interventions in real time based on response to treatment

  • Involve families and support systems when appropriate

  • Build skills that generalize quickly to real-life settings

The result is focused, purposeful care designed to help clients regain functioning, reduce suffering, and return to the life they want to live.
